Shipping Policy

International shipping rates are determined by a matrix of factors including package size, weight and value. Therefore, in some cases we will not be able to predetermine the shipping costs for your international order.

We ship international orders via UPS express, DHL express, HongKong Post parcel post, USPS(for US only), upon your selection. Please do not submit your order if you are unwilling to pay freight costs within this general price range.

The paid orders with delivery confirmation by email will be shipped out with tracking number within 2~4 days. In cases of delivered by Hong Kong Post, you have to wait another 3 days until the items arrived at Hong Kong Post from our office in Canton. For USPS delivery, this additional time is 5 ~ 8 days because the track number is available only when the items arrive at USPS which may take 5 ~ 7 days from China to USA.
