Return Policy

Product Returns
Goods purchased from Ceport Instruments & Electronics may be returned for a refund within 10 days of the order delivered date. Goods returned after 10 days but not exceeding 30 days from the shipment date may be returned for store credit.

At Ceport’s discretion, returns may be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. Shipping charges included in the original order are nonrefundable, unless the product is determined to be damaged in manufacturing or transit, or shipped by General in error. All product returns must be unopened and in their original packaging.

Ceport reserves the right to refuse a package for which an confirmation email has not been provided. Prior to returning any product to Ceport, please be certain to read the following guidelines in order to expedite the return process:

1. Contact us for confirmation of return from our customer service department via email at contact page with your invoice stated.

2. When returning instruments and electronics which show manufacturing damages, please include a memo listing your contact information, invoice number and a description of the problem with the item.

3. The return must be made within the allotted return time period of 10 days after the delivery date.

4. Returned items must include all accessories that were originally shipped. Items also must be in a re-saleable condition, otherwise credit is at our discretion.

Delivery and Inspection

Customer must inspect arriving shipments and report errors in shipment promptly. Specifically, visible shipping damage and shortages must be reported to Ceport within two business days after delivery. Concealed shipping damage or shortages involving cartons received intact must be reported within five days after receipt.

Title and Risk of Loss

If the customer reports damages or shortages in shipments within the time period noted above, Ceport will bear the risk of loss. If the customer fails to report damages in the manner described above, he/she will bear the risk of loss.
